Supervillas.rentals provides a platform for discovering and booking luxury villa rentals on the Costa del Sol, Spain. We act as an intermediary between guests and villa owners. We do not own the properties listed on our website.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the villa owner. A booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation and the deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are per week unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is binding. A security deposit may be required, which is refunded after your stay subject to the property being left in good condition.
Cancellation policies vary by property and are stated on each villa listing. Typically: cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus an administration fee; 30–60 days receive 50% refund; less than 30 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
Guests must: respect the property and its contents, comply with house rules, not exceed the maximum occupancy, not sublet the property, and not cause nuisance to neighbours. The guest is liable for any damage caused during their stay.
We make every effort to ensure property descriptions, photographs, and amenities are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all features will be available at the time of your stay (e.g., pool heating, WiFi). We are not liable for events beyond our control, including force majeure, weather conditions, or third-party service failures.
All content on this website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Supervillas.rentals or its content providers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
