We accept bank transfers (SEPA and international), Visa, and Mastercard. A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed in euros and are protected under our booking terms.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund of your deposit minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. In certain cases, we may offer the option to reschedule your stay within the same season subject to availability.

Yes. A security deposit of between €1,000 and €5,000 is held for most villas, depending on the property. This is typically pre-authorised on a credit card at check-in and released within 7 days of departure, provided there is no damage. The exact amount is confirmed in your booking agreement and covers any incidental damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning requirements.

Every booking includes the dedicated support of our concierge team throughout your stay. Alex Gaida is available by phone or WhatsApp from the moment you book until you depart. We can arrange private airport transfers from Málaga or Gibraltar, in-villa chefs, daily housekeeping, spa treatments, yacht charters, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, and bespoke excursions along the Costa del Sol. Most services can be arranged at short notice.

Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We offer flexible timings wherever possible, particularly outside peak season. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance subject to availability and may incur a half-day supplement. Your concierge will coordinate timings to suit your travel schedule and flight arrivals into Málaga Airport.

Each villa has its own specific house rules, which are shared with you before arrival. Common guidelines include respecting quiet hours (typically 22:00–08:00), no smoking indoors, and adhering to maximum occupancy limits. Some communities along the Costa del Sol have particular regulations regarding music and outdoor gatherings. We will brief you on all relevant rules so your stay is seamless and undisturbed.

A number of our villas are pet-friendly, particularly those with generous grounds in La Zagaleta and the countryside around Sotogrande. Please let us know at the time of enquiry if you plan to travel with a pet, and we will match you with a suitable property. A pet supplement may apply, and owners are asked to ensure pets are well behaved and supervised at all times.

Yes, many of our villas are available for weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate retreats. Event arrangements require prior approval and may be subject to an event fee, additional security deposit, and capacity limits set by the property owner and local municipality. Our concierge team can coordinate catering, entertainment, florals, and production. Please discuss your plans with us at the enquiry stage so we can recommend the most suitable villa.

Most villas include mid-stay housekeeping for bookings of seven nights or more, with a full clean and linen change. Daily housekeeping can be arranged as an optional extra, as can additional services such as turndown service, laundry, and a private chef. All villas are professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival to the highest standard.

Yes, every villa in our portfolio has high-speed WiFi suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work. Connection speeds and coverage details are confirmed for each property. If you require a dedicated connection for a corporate retreat or have specific technical requirements, please let us know and we will ensure the villa meets your needs.

Absolutely. We arrange private transfers from Málaga Airport (AGP), Gibraltar Airport, and Jerez Airport to your villa in luxury vehicles — from executive sedans to Mercedes V-Class for larger groups. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall, assist with luggage, and drive you directly to your villa. We can also arrange heliport transfers for those arriving by private helicopter. Simply share your flight details and we handle the rest.

Yes. The Costa del Sol enjoys over 320 days of sunshine a year, making it a superb destination in every season. Spring and autumn are particularly beautiful, with warm days ideal for golf, hiking in the Sierra de las Nieves, and exploring the white villages. We offer reduced rates for off-peak stays and many villas feature heated pools and log fires for cooler winter evenings.
