Supervillas.rentals ("we", "us", "our") is a luxury villa rental platform operating on the Costa del Sol, Spain. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

• Booking information: dates, property selected, number of guests, special requests.
• Payment information: billing address, card details (processed via secure third-party payment providers — we do not store card numbers).
• Owner information: property details, address, bank details for payments.

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (booking processing), legitimate interest (service improvement), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

We share data only with: villa owners (for booking fulfilment), payment processors (Stripe, bank), local service providers (chefs, drivers — only with your consent), and Spanish tax authorities where legally required. We never sell your data.

6. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for 7 years per Spanish tax law. Marketing data is retained until you opt out. Owner data is retained for the duration of our agreement plus 3 years.
